Happy Christmas from all at Rockfax. Hopefully your Christmas plans, be they trips away, or orders you have made, have not been spoiled by the exceptional weather we have been having.
At Rockfax we have had another great year finishing off with our two biggest books ever – West Country Climbs and France : Côte d’Azur.
Next year we are aiming to get another four or five books on the shelf starting with Mallorca in February. This should be another exciting book and the photo to the right shows Stephen ‘Fatboy’ Horne using the new extreme crag photography techniques perfected during our research trip in October 2010. We are especially pleased this time to include a full section on the deep water soloing written by Daimon Beail.
The other books provisionally planned for next year are part 3 of our France series covering Languedoc – Roussillon; back to some old haunting grounds with Peak Limestone and North Wales Limestone; and finally the latest edition of Dorset.
