On 1 July 2021 the new EU VAT rules came into force. This means that we need to charge VAT on each sale, account for the VAT and send it to the country of the buyer. Brexit has meant that there is no affordable way for us to do this so we have had to suspend sales into the EU. Most of the books are available from big international websites as an alternative. If you struggle to get the book elsewhere then please contact the Rockfax shop and we will help. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We use Stripe which accepts the following cards – MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Switch/Maestro, American Express and Solo.
Delivery Charges and Times
UK Standard Delivery – FREE
Royal Mail Second Class post delivery on all orders. Delivery times are normally 1-7 days. Please remember that the book packages may not fit through your letterbox. Before chasing up a late order please check with neighbours and/or look for missed delivery notes.
UK Mainland Fast Delivery* – £3 per book
ParcelForce 24. Order must be placed before 12:30 pm and someone needs to be in to sign for them. Mainland UK only. Highlands and Islands are excluded and take a minimum of 1 day longer. ParcelForce 24 does not apply to Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. This means that orders placed on a Friday after 12:30 pm will not arrive before Tuesday of the following week. In this case, the FREE delivery option may be just as quick.

EU Standard Delivery – £6 per book See Above
There is no tracking on these orders. Delivery time is difficult to predict but normally the goods arrive within 10 to 14 days of placing the order. If you haven’t received your order after 20 days please contact the Rockfax shop
EU Tracked Delivery – £12 per book See Above
Tracked orders and generally faster delivery but someone needs to be in to sign for the order. Delivery time is difficult to predict but normally the goods arrive within 5 to 10 days of placing the order. If you haven’t received your order after 15 days please contact the Rockfax shop.
Europe (not EU) Standard Delivery – £6 per book
If your country is not listed please contact the Rockfax shop. There is no tracking on these orders. Delivery time is difficult to predict but normally the goods arrive within 10 to 14 days of placing the order. If you haven’t received your order after 20 days please contact the Rockfax shop.
REST OF WORLD – £12.00 per book
Delivery time is very difficult to predict but normally the goods arrive within 4 weeks of placing the order. If you haven’t received your order after 5 weeks please contact the Rockfax shop. We realise that this is expensive but we actually subsidise this rate a little. You may wish to consider using alternative big international retail websites.
Countries Not Listed – We can deliver to Countries outside the EU which don’t appear on our shop menu but please contact the Rockfax shop first.
Order Problems
If there is a problem with your order, please contact the Rockfax shop. It is helpful if you can include your Order number which is in the format ‘Purchase #0000’
Returns and Refunds
If wish to return your order because the item is no longer wanted, then please contact the Rockfax shop. We will accept returns sent back to us in their original packaging but we will make a small charge of £3.50 to cover the postage and processing of the order in sending it out. We will not refund any extra delivery charges for Next Day Delivery or International Orders.
