We are delighted to announce the addition of several big crags above the River Wye on the England Wales border: Wintour’s Leap, Shorn Cliff and Wynd Cliff. We’re also making them free until 8th November so you can check them out.

The huge Wintour’s Leap is one of the biggest limestone crags in the country with excellent mainly multi-pitch routes on good rock with a mixture of classic trad and some good sport routes.
Wynd Cliff on the west bank has a series of shorter trad routes on some nicely situated but well-hidden buttresses.

Shorn Cliff is one of the UK’s most popular limestone trad cliffs that commands a beautiful position high above the lower reaches of the River Wye. The cliff is a favourite of teams who operate in the Severe to mid E grades with many of the climbs having good rock, climbing and strong lines. Also included in this release is the delightful slab of Shakemantle Quarry with a small set of trad mid-grade routes.
