With a very short approach, a range of excellent routes across the grades, a campsite a short walk away, and a river at its base, there's little wonder that Mazet is a popular spot. Due to its popularity, Mazet does have a fair amount of polish on its classic routes, which does add a grade or so of difficulty to the most severely affected routes. That being said, it is still an enchanting spot, very family friendly and well worth a visit.
