The dark greenstone headlands of Carn Gloose and Robin's Rocks have some intimidating west-facing cliffs that have two brilliant rising traverses on them. The cliffs need good conditions that are best found on calm and sunny afternoons. Both crags can be easily combined with a visit to Gurnard's Head.
