FRONTALES

The massive bulk of Frontales looms over the village of El Chorro and offers some of the most important crags in the area. The characteristic cave of Poema de Roca is the eye-catching centrepiece but the walls to either side have a number of fine sectors each with its own varied cluster of routes. The climbing spans all grades and styles varying from slabby to severely overhanging, and from short single pitches to some very extended multi-pitch epics.
