Yew Cogar is a superb little crag nestled at the foot of a deep and impressive valley to the south west of Arncliffe in upper Littondale. The crag reaches a height of 25m and is overhanging for the whole of its 100m width. The rock is of exceptional quality, especially at the right-hand side, which sports some enticing tufa formations.
